What does the price of a room include?
Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are included in the price of a room. Besides this, the price includes our wellness section, adventure baths and private beach, as well as use of the outdoor car park and the Internet. What time can the room be occupied, and when must I leave?
The room can be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to make use of the room for longer than this, then a surcharge of 50 % of the room price will be made. How much is the tourism tax this year (2010)?
Tourism tax is charged at 400 Ft/ person/ night (between the ages of 18-70), which must be paid separately; it is not included in the price of the room. 
What means are provided for looking after small babies?
For our tiny guests, cots and bathtubs are naturally available, as well as high chairs in the restaurant. Please indicate your requirements for a cot and baby-bath in advance, at the time of booking! Is there a hair drier in the room?
Yes, there is. Fixed, 1200 W hair driers have been fitted in the bathrooms. Hair driers are also available in the swimming pool areas. How deep is the water by the Hotel beach?
The water gradually deepens away from the shore. Close by the shore, bathing is safe for small children. 50 metres from the shore, the depth of water exceeds 2 metres, which is eminently suitable for swimming. Can I bring animals into the Hotel?
We cannot accommodate pets, unfortunately. We ask for your understanding!  Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
No, smoking is not permitted in our rooms. You can only smoke on the balconies, or in the courtyard!
Are there any opportunities for night life in the town?
There are many opportunities for amusement. Located not far from the Hotel are a night bar, disco, Irish pub, and cosy little coffee shops. Are bathrobes and wellness towels provided for use in the wellness section?
Yes, the wellness towelling materials may be picked up at the wellness reception in exchange for a card from main reception, and should be handed back here on leaving. The cards will be charged when payment is made at main reception. Should the towelling materials be damaged or even disappear, a charge will be made. Slippers are not provided. Robes cannot be provided for children! For a booking with half-board, can we exchange dinner for lunch?
Lunch is not provided in place of dinner, but the restaurant is open to guests from 7 in the morning till 10 at night. Can we just book bed and breakfast?
No, the prices of our rooms include half board. Even if you do not eat dinner, the price of the room remains unchanged. |
